Of course, pasta and pizza is the main reason why people love to dine in Tavolata! Take a look at their best sellers as we tried them with our heart’s desires!!
We first had Calamari as our appetizer with a lemon on the side and a delish tartar sauce. The calamari is soft and chewy and you can really tell that it’s fresh.
Tavolata serves three types of pasta, each with its own unique texture & characteristic. You can choose between two house-made pasta (hand-cut – forty egg yolk or 100% Semolina – Bronze Die Extruded – Egg Free) or the pasta from Italy (100% Semolina – Pasta De Cecco – Egg Free). After choosing from the three types of pasta, you can choose your own sauce as an accompaniment to the pasta of your choice.
We choose Norcina (Italian sausage, truffled cream, and wild mushrooms) with house-made pappardelle pasta. It’s perfectly seasoned and has a savory truffle cream. Their smoked sausage has a strong flavor, making it a perfect blend for Norcina.
One pasta isn’t enough to fill our craving for Italian pasta so of course, we tried another one!
The Braised beef with pappardelle pasta is a braised beef short rib, wild mushrooms, and veal jus. The beef is so soft and tender that you can tell that the beef was well braised for the right amount of time for it not to melt! *insert chef’s kiss*
We would never miss tasting their Italian pasta so we ordered the flavorful Capriocciosa!
Tavolata’s pizzas are hand-tossed and they start with their slow rice dough which has aged for over 36-hours. They use san Marzano tomatoes, garlic, olive oil & mozzarella! Capriocciosa has olives, artichokes, mushrooms, and prosciutto. Their dough is so chewy and the prosciutto compliments the pizza making it so flavorful! Talk about a yummy pizza!

Aside from its delectable Italian cuisine, the interior and ambiance of Tavolata also didn’t fail our expectations.
The Tavolata branches have a rustic and minimalist interior design that makes you feel relax and cozy. Both branches are similar with a high ceiling and surrounded by warm lights. It’s a great place to indulge yourself with pasta, pizza, and wine.
