All about Sachi Authentic Japanese Ramen and Okonomiyaki
The restaurant’s name is called “Sachi” which means “happy” or “happiness” in Japanese. This is also the name of Raul de Guzman’s daughter, who passed away when she was only 11 months old. Raul de Guzman and Kenneth Go are Filipino entrepreneurs who established Sachi in 2014.
Raul de Guzman wanted to open a ramen restaurant after having a delicious ramen bowl in Manila with his family. He fell deeper in love with Japan after studying and working there, and after witnessing a teppanyaki performance in Dubai.
As of December 2021, about 9 branches in Cebu are now open.

As of December 2021, the social distancing and proper wearing of masks are still applied when you dine in. In order to dine in, the customer must present a vaccination card or proof of being vaccinated. In addition, the parking area may vary depending on which place you’ll be dining in. FOOD REVIEW
The Noukou Kotteri broth is really seasoned well. It has a strong and distinct spices like garlic and onions. The taste may be close and similar to Tonkotsu Ramen's broth and the topped ingredients may be the only distinct feature that differentiate them both. Overall, the meat was good and the quantity of the noodles and broth are sufficient to fill your stomach's satisfaction. - Elle
Tonkotsu Ramen has a rich milky broth flavored purely by pork. The chasu is really thick compared to other ramen dishes I have eaten. This one is a safe choice for those who are seeking to taste Japanese food for the first time. The food is fair for its price and the toppings didn't disappoint. - Chaps
Tantanmen is known to be spicy, but this is spicier than the ones I have tasted. This Tantanmen also seems to have little to no milk added into it, so perhaps that explains why. However, I love spicy food so I do not consider this an issue. In addition, the Tantanmen I have tasted in the past are thick and creamy, but the consistency of Sachi's Tantanmen is the opposite. It is still delicious, and the rich orange color of the soup makes it look even more appetizing! - Diana
